Return and Refund Policy
At Wakeful Travel, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with the product(s) you received, we're here to help.
Returns
- Eligibility: You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
- Process: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@wakefultravel.com with your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions on how to return your item(s).
- Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Customs Fees: Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may apply to the return shipment. These fees are non-refundable.
Refunds
- Eligibility: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
- Processing: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. The time it takes for your refund to be processed depends on your card issuer's policies.
- Partial Refunds: In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted (e.g., items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error).
Exchanges
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact us at info@wakefultravel.com for further assistance.
Non-Returnable Items
- Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods, gift cards, downloadable software products, and some health and personal care items cannot be returned.
